The Brief

We were tasked to reimagine the digital presence of Fancii & Co., creating a platform that speaks to their core audience while pushing visual boundaries.

The Challenge

Fancii isn’t selling a basic commodity—beauty tech is decision-heavy. Shoppers need to trust the product (quality, warranty, returns), understand the “why” (lighting accuracy, magnification, use-case), and still have a smooth mobile experience.
They wanted a storefront that:
  • Looks premium (without feeling cold or clinical)
  • Reduces choice paralysis across mirrors, bundles, and tools
  • Converts cleanly with modern checkout options (BNPL)
  • Supports growth campaigns with dedicated landing pages (not just collection pages)

The Solution

We ran this as a tight 25-day build sprint with a “conversion-first” theme architecture.

1) Theme from scratch (built for speed, flexibility, and content velocity)

Instead of stacking one-off sections everywhere, we built a repeatable system:
  • Modular homepage + collection templates
  • PDP template that supports long-form selling (benefits → proof → specs → FAQs → cross-sells)
  • Landing page framework for bundles and campaigns (drop a new page fast, no dev drama)

2) CRO: Trust signals that show up before doubts happen

We made sure key purchase anxieties are answered early and repeatedly:
  • Warranty + returns clarity
  • Shipping / delivery expectations
  • Reviews and social proof placement that feels natural (not spammy)
This isn’t “more badges.” It’s less mental friction at the exact moment someone is about to bounce.

3) Guided shopping: quiz-led discovery

When people don’t know which mirror/tool to pick, they don’t buy.
So we leaned into guided discovery with quiz-led routes like “Best Mirror Quiz” to convert “I’m confused” into “this is for me.”

4) Landing pages built like sales pages (not category pages)

We created dedicated landing pages for bundle offers and hero products that:
  • Explain why the product wins (lighting accuracy, brightness, glass clarity, etc.)
  • Use structured proof (reviews, influencer quotes, before/after style benefits)
  • Make the “next step” obvious: bundle CTA, add-to-cart, checkout

5) Payment integrations (conversion unlock)

We enabled Buy Now, Pay Later options so higher-AOV bundles feel easier to commit to—without changing product pricing strategy.

The Tech Stack

We kept it Shopify-native and scalable:
  • Shopify (custom theme build)
  • Quiz-led product discovery (guided shopping experience)
  • Rewards / loyalty hooks to support retention and repeat purchases
  • Email capture and “stay in touch” entry points for lifecycle marketing

The Outcome

No vanity metrics here (none provided)—but the real win was operational + conversion readiness:
  • A clean, premium storefront that matches a beauty-tech brand
  • A theme system built for fast iteration (campaigns can ship without breaking layout)
  • Landing pages that sell bundles like a product, not a SKU list
  • Guided discovery (quiz) to reduce drop-offs from indecision
  • BNPL-ready checkout for higher intent completion
